ADULT PROGRAMS

Basics.

This program is for the introductory student looking to begin their jiu jitsu journey with a foundation of essential techniques and movements. If you are an experienced grappler, this is a perfect class to refine beginning techniques that continue to be used at a black belt level. You will gain details that are easily forgotten the longer you are training. A great class for all practitioners, but highly encouraged for students under 1 year of training.

All Levels.

Designed to benefit jiu jitsu practitioners of every level. Open to all students, regardless of skill level (we recommend Basics for the first 3 months of training). This class will incorporate the same beginning techniques taught in basics, but used as a warm up with less explanation. The techniques throughout the class will consist of a rudimentary, intermediate, and advanced version. Move at your own pace, and only go as fast as you’re comfortable with before moving on.

Advanced.

Our advanced program will rely a lot on your pre-existing knowledge of all the basic movements and techniques, by expanding into the offensive/defensive cycles that jiu jitsu provides. Now that you know the techniques, it’s time to emphasis the setups, counters, and follow up movements to complete your grappling game.

Wrestling.

Every grappler must learn how to comfortably and safely get a fight to the ground. Build a strong understanding of disrupting your opponents balance, the art of hand fighting, and defending takedowns. While there is currently no dedicated wrestling class, it is incorporated into almost every class as a warm up leading into the jiu jitsu techniques.
